Welcome to The Tides Beach Resort. This is our hotel. We are one of the newest hotel on the island of Ambergris Caye. The Tides Beach Resort is local relaxation at its best.

We are a beach front resort located north of San Pedro Town situated in a quiet part of the island, yet conveniently in walking distance of the town.

We are a small but quaint resort with twelve beautiful and spacious rooms. All with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea.

Our Colonial Facade take you back to the was beautiful Belize was some one hundred years ago. With the architecture of the hotel, we've strived to maintain the beauty and originality of the island.
Our rooms come available with many amenities. Each room comes standard with two double beds and two ceiling fans. King size beds are also available for our guests upon request.

Each room is equipped with a private bath with hot and cold running water, air conditioning, refrigerators and a ull breakfast.

The Tides Beach Resort is owned and operated by Patojo and Sabrina Paz, local natives of San Pedro. Because of our small size, we are able to concentrate more on our guests and give a more specialized and personal service. We take great pride and effort in making our guests the most comfortable and satisfied as can be.

For those who want to spend a day in town, we provide golf carts and bicycle rentals.

Just a short walk up our dock will bring you to Patojo's Scuba Center - A fully equipped and operational dive shop. Elmer "Patojo" Paz owns and operates the dive shop. He is a Padi Instructor and Dive Master with 17 years of experience in the diving industry which allows for some of the best diving and instruction in town.

At Patojo's Scuba Center, regularly scheduled diving and snorkeling trips are planned daily. We visit numerous dive sites outside the reef to view canyons, caverns, wrecks and a variety of marine life. Padi Certifications of all levels are available upon request.

Trips to the infamous Blue Hole and Turneffe Islands can be scheduled as well as fishing trips, whether it be deep sea or reef fishing. We have some of the most experienced fishing guides who specialize in Fly rod, Bone Fishing, Tarpon and Permit Fishing.

We here at The Tides, try to make our hotel a home away from home. Whatever your desire may be our hotel is definitely just the place for you.
